In order to highlight this historic partnership, Perrier wanted to return in an innovative way on the history that links the brand to the famous Parisian tournament.
The idea was to offer the Roland Garros spectators a unique immersive experience aboard a hot air balloon, discovering the history that has linked Perrier and Roland Garros for nearly 40 years.
Therefore, we created an extraordinary interactive experience aboard a virtual hot air balloon, using the codes of the latest Perrier TV ad :
Taking off from the forest, the user found himself surrounded by dozens of other hot air balloons filled with servers, party, a lion and even TVs with excerpts from the great moments of Roland Garros. The trip, they even had the chance to exchange a few balls with a legendary player on a tennis court floating in the clouds!
During the entire fortnight of the tournament, real baskets of hot air balloons were installed allowing 4 people to experience this extraordinary journey simultaneously.
